The Dams hosted two Ruff, two Black-tailed Godwits, a Wood Sandpiper, a Green Sandpiper, a Wigeon, 12 Teal and three Snipe, a juvenile Yellow-legged Gull was in the bay corner again, and two Manxies were the best of a quiet sea. Seals on the Brigg are commonplace at the moment, with up to 12 Grey and one Common. 

23rd saw three Black-tailed Godwits, two Snipe, a Greenshank, a Ruff, 95 Lapwings, three Green Sandpipers and 10 Teal at the Dams, and both Wood and Green Sandpipers and seven juvenile Yellow Wagtails at the Tip. On the Brigg, there were eight Knot, six Whimbrel, five Ringed Plovers, 22 Dunlins, two Redshank, four Turnstones and a Sanderling, with Holly blue butterflies at four local sites. 

A Pintail and three Shoveler were at the Dams on 22nd, when a Minke Whale was off North Cliff, a Marbled White was on Carr Naze, and four juvenile Shelduck were in the bay. On 21st, Wood Sandpipers were at the Tip and East Lea, with two Ruff and three Snipe also at the latter. Two Manxies, 20 Common Scoter, 16 Sandwich Terns were on the move and three Yellow Wagtails were in the Carr Naze area.
