A juvenile Yellow-legged Gull (MJP, CW) was the highlight of a still benign sea over the last two days, while a Little Stint remains on the Brigg both today and yesterday with a good selection of common waders (including five Purple Sandpipers today). Two Marsh Harriers were along North Cliff yesterday, while up to three Little Egrets, four Ruff, two Black-tailed Godwits and a Snipe are frequenting the Dams. Hirundine passage has seen Swallows and House Martins topping 400 both on 1st and 31st from combined Carr Naze / Hunmanby Gap totals, where a Crossbill also went south yesterday.
