A quiet couple of days, today’s highlights being a late Whimbrel over and a few Redwings and two Woodcock in Top Scrub this morning, another Woodcock on Carr Naze, and a Curlew and a Black-tailed Godwit still at the Dams.

Yesterday (5th), a Waxwing was a brief visitor to a town garden, 20 Little Gulls and a Great Northern Diver went south, a Short-eared Owl was at the Tip and a Crossbill and 21 Siskins were the best of the Gap.
