Reasonably quiet over recent days, with up to three Pink-footed Geese with the ferals on most days at the Dams, the same site hosting a Mediterranean Gull on 27th, up to four Chiffchaffs, the three Shelducks, two Water Rails, two Little Grebes and odd Siskins.

Nine Whooper Swans paused in the bay before heading north on 25th, the Velvet Scoter and at least one Great Northern Diver are still in the same area, odd Blackcaps are being reported from several sites and a Stonechat was on Long Hedge on 26th.
