The wintering Richard's Pipit continues to stay in the Rocket Pole Field, and can show very well on occasion around the Carr Naze pond. The bay has Great Northern Divers and the Brigg our iconic Purple Sandpipers, so always worth a look. The Recorder

It seems as if some observers are recording their sightings both on Birdtrack/Trektellen and on eBird. At the last AGM in 2021 it was agreed that we should tidy up our northern and southern boundaries. Scarborough Birders have always included Blue Dolphin CP in their area, and we appear to have accidentally included it in our area as well for a few years. So our northern boundary is now Bowes Lane
